Denise Vargas has a passion in helping people become more successful in a career that spans both private and medical practices for twenty years. Being a good listener and caring about others needs allowed her to reinforce positive affirmation, faith, and dream interpretation. In her quest to make herself and others achieve success and well being, she discovered meditation which became a daily ritual for her. Through the healing powers of meditation she discovered Hypnosis, a practice she found herself well connected to which lead her to obtain a certification in Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy from the Florida Institute of Hypnotherapy in 2013. Since then, Denise has opened her own practice in South Florida.

Hypnotherapy is the practice of promoting healing or positive development. It aims to re-programme patterns of behavior within the mind, enabling irrational fears, phobias, negative thoughts and suppressed emotions to be overcome.
Hypnotherapists are qualified to use various methods and techniques such as Suggestion Therapy Breathwork, Eye Movement, Gestalt Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Regression, and many more. These techniques transform beliefs, behavioral patterns, and emotions that are not serving the clients greater good to accomplish success, healthier lifestyle, high self esteem, increased motivation, love, and peace.
